Beautiful light, golden yellow color. The nose is lush and exotic. An exciting mix of citrus, green apple, pineapple, floral notes and fine herbs. Wonderfully mineral and exciting in the mouth. Complexity again goes hand in hand with a refreshing acidity that provides a nice balance. The barrel aging gives the wine more depth, culinary properties and Burgundian allures.
Ideal companion with various seafood dishes, light but tasty pasta dishes, summer salads and soft cheeses.

When the fermentation is finished, half of the wine is transferred to wooden barrels while the rest remains in stainless steel. The wine is then blended and bottled.
