A pale coloured wine which gives a pleasant sensation on the palate. It is lightly fruity, with a pleasant, lively slightly sweet flavour.

Convivial wine, excellent aperitif, ideal to accompany fresh cheeses, excellent with a plate of “risi e bisi” (risotto with peas).

Manual harvesting. Primary fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation in sealed pressure vessel at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts at a pressure of 5 bar. Maturation: 60 days
