
Its pale straw colour hides its considerable freshness and intensity, and persistent perlage. It has a fruity aroma with a noticable perfume of “golden delicious” apples.
Excellent as an aperitif and for any convivial moment. It goes well with soft mountain cheeses, first courses in general, excellent with baked sea bream and steamed fish. Serving temperature: recommended 7-8 ºC.
