Wine with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. This bouquet is very intense, with notes that recall melon, fish and the flowers of citrus fruits. Fresh taste, not harsh, pleasantly sour.
Excellent with egg dishes, pasta and risotto; combines well with delicate fish dishes. Perfect as an aperitif due to it being aromatic but not too intrusive.
