The Cévennes has a Mediterranean climate with strong influence from the Pyrenees. During the night and in winter it can cool sharply. Regular precipitation and winds from the mountains. Summers are hot and dry.

Dry soils with stones, clay and limestone (several vineyards).

Grenache blanc and Viognier. The grapes are picked separately and fermented at low temperature in inox vats. It is then blended and the wine rests further on inox for a while.
